| Lettuce Before Harvest |
I have been talking about harvesting my lettuce that came up from last year for quite some time and today was the day that I finally decided to take the plunge to harvest my first salad of the summer. Of course it was a little pathetic because it didn't have much else but lettuce in it, but it was still pretty good. I topped it with walnuts, mozzarella and light honey-mustard dressing by Newman's Own (which I highly recommend by the way because it is one of my favorite dressings).
